Before you send a notice

Only the copyright owner, or someone authorized to act on the owner's behalf, may send a notice. Please check that the material is really yours and that its use is not authorized by you, by your agent or by the law (for example, fair use). Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

What a notice must include

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL of each page on hentaihaven.ninja where the material appears.
• Your contact information: your name and email address and, if you wish, your postal address and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

To keep it free of spam, the form includes a simple verification question and accepts one request per visitor every 6 hours, so please include all the pages you want to report in a single request. What happens next

A person reviews every request. Submitting the form does not remove anything automatically and does not trigger any automatic email: you receive a reference number on screen, and we contact you at the email address you provided only if we need more information. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the reported material as quickly as possible.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to hentaihaven.ninja/dmca that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, postal address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
