Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data hentaihaven.ninja (hentaihaven.ninja) processes, why, and for how long. We keep it to the minimum: we do not sell personal data, our own code contains no advertising, analytics or social-media trackers, and our system does not send emails.

The Site is operated by the team behind hentaihaven.ninja. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hentaihaven.ninja/dmca.

  • Browsing: when you load a page, your browser connects to Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider, and to our servers. They receive your IP address, browser user agent, the address of the page requested and the time. Our servers keep these technical logs for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.
  • Views: when you play an episode, we record the episode, your IP address, your browser user agent and the time. We use these records only to count each viewer once, to filter automated traffic and to build view statistics such as "Most Viewed".
  • Account (optional): if you register, we store your display name, username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), the avatar and cover images you upload, your favorites, your viewing progress and your comments. Your comments are public and show your display name.
  • DMCA requests: if you use the form on our DMCA page, we store the information you enter: your name, optional company, email address, optional phone number and postal address, the description of your work, the URLs you report, your statements and your signature. To prevent abuse we also store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for a short time, never the IP address itself.
  • Messages you send us: if you write to us, we use your message only to answer it.

We only use first-party storage that the Site needs to work. None of it is used for advertising or to track you across other websites.

  • rk_age_ok (cookie, 30 days): remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age-verification notice is not shown on every page. It only contains the value 1 and is set only on sites that show this notice.
  • auth_token and auth_user (local storage, until you log out): keep you signed in and show your name. They exist only if you log in.
  • video_progress_… (local storage): remembers where you stopped watching each episode on this device.
  • rk_nav, rk_autoplay, rk_autoplay_go (browser storage, only on this device): remember display preferences of this site's design, such as whether the side menu is collapsed or whether the next episode starts automatically. They contain no personal data.
  • Session storage: avoids counting the same view twice during a visit.
  • Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to protect the Site from abusive traffic.
  • Site staff may receive technical preview cookies (__preview_domain, __preview_theme) when they preview changes; visitors never receive them.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings.

We process data to provide the Site and your account (performance of a contract), to keep the Site secure, count views and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests), to handle copyright notices and comply with the law (legal obligations and legitimate interests), and to remember your age confirmation (strictly necessary for the service you request).

Our system never sends emails: no newsletters, no account verification and no password-reset messages. We only write to you personally, for example to follow up on a DMCA request you sent.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Our hosting providers and Cloudflare process data on our behalf only to run, deliver and protect the Site; videos and images are stored with Cloudflare R2.

Some episodes may be played through embedded third-party players, whose providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose data when the law requires it. If we add any other service that processes personal data, we will list it here.

  • Technical server logs: a limited period, after which they are deleted or rotated.
  • View records: for as long as they are needed for view statistics.
  • Account data, favorites, progress and comments: until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
  • DMCA requests: while the request is open and for up to 24 months after it is marked as completed. The IP hash is deleted after 7 days, and unused verification questions after 24 hours.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

You can edit your profile and delete your comments from your profile page. For anything else, including deleting your account or a DMCA request, contact us at hentaihaven.ninja/dmca. We answer within 30 days.

The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Connections to the Site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as secure hashes, IP addresses in DMCA requests are kept only as salted hashes, and access to the administration area is restricted.

We will publish any change on this page and update the date at the top.
